Kaitlyn You

Position: Associate Instructor

 

Kaitlyn You is originally from Los Angeles, California, and has more than a decade of competitive golf experience. She played Division I golf in New Jersey, where she competed at a high level and developed a strong understanding of the game. Throughout her career, Kaitlyn has competed among the elite, giving her valuable insight into high-level competition. Kaitlyn is also fluent in Korean, allowing her to provide instruction and build meaningful connections with a diverse community of golfers.

Kaitlyn also gained experience in golf administration through the United States Golf Association P.J. Boatwright Internship, where she worked closely with tournament operations and championship management. During her time in New Mexico, she helped organize and run numerous tournaments, including USGA Qualifiers, an LPGA event, and the New Mexico Open, a professional event.

With experience both as a competitive player and in tournament administration, Kaitlyn brings a well-rounded perspective to the game, along with extensive knowledge of the golf swing, competitive play, and the operational side of the golf industry.
