Marcus “Goose” Williams” a passionate golfer originally from California's Bay Area, now residing in Atlanta, Georgia. My journey in golf has been one of resilience and determination. In 2012, I faced a life-altering car accident that left me paralyzed from the chest down. However, this setback did not hinder my love for the game. Since moving to Atlanta in 2019, I have immersed myself in the world of golf, becoming an avid golfer and a dedicated ambassador for this incredible sport. I am proud to have received my certification to teach through the Georgia State Golf Associations' Adaptive Golf coaching program, which has equipped me with the skills to inspire and instruct others. Over the past four years, I have actively participated in golf competitions and tournaments, continuously honing my skills and deepening my understanding of the game. These experiences have not only allowed me to grow as a player but also as a golf instructor. Among my notable achievements, I hold the esteemed GSGA Coaching certification, which highlights my commitment to professional development and excellence in teaching. Additionally, I have proudly earned the title of Para World Long Drive Champion, a testament to my dedication and skill in the sport. As a golf coach at the Golf House Academy in Atlanta, I bring a unique perspective and a profound passion for the game. My goal is to inspire and empower individuals, regardless of their abilities, to discover the joy and fulfillment that golf can bring. With my expertise and personal journey, I strive to create an inclusive and supportive environment where students can thrive and reach their full potential. I am excited to share my knowledge, experience, and love for golf with the community at the Golf House Academy in Atlanta.
